What type of editing do you need?
Developmental editing is macro editing. It is looking at the “big picture.” It examines your phrasing and work structure, as well as plot holes, poor character execution, and more.
When copy editing, you are fixing any grammar, spelling, style, and punctuation mistakes. If there is wordiness or incorrect sentences, rewriting can occur as well.
Proofreading is the final stage of the editing process! This is when you have had your content and copy editing completed, and your book is formatted for publication.
