Happy new year! To kick off the new year, I decided to re-brand my website, and here’s why.
I started my business back in March 2020 but officially launched this website in August 2020. Back then, I offered a fairly broad range of editing and writing services, which over time, became focused on creating social media content and copy for creative businesses.
If you’re at all in the business world, especially the online business world, you’ll know what a “niche” is. For those of you who aren’t entirely sure what it means, a “niche” is a specialized segment of a market.
It’s super important to create a business in a niche market because that is the most efficient way to grow.
However, I wasn’t entirely sure who I wanted to help, so I didn’t niche down. And that’s okay! I still got business because I marketed myself like crazy, but with the right niche, you shouldn’t have to do as much marketing as I did to succeed.
That’s why this year, I am niching down my business. And I cannot wait!
Now, let me re-introduce or introduce myself and my business.
Hi, I’m Zoe; I am a book marketer and social media manager for authors who want to grow their brand awareness and sell books online, especially on Instagram and TikTok. I prioritize an organic content strategy for an everyday strategy, and then a book marketing strategy that consists of organic content, ads, influencer management, ARC outreach, engagement, and more!
As an avid reader and writer myself, I’ve always wanted to work in a field related to authors. In the past, I thought maybe I would do editing (which, I will get into in a second), work in publishing, or really put my energy into writing my own book. However, after finding social media and starting to create content for authors, I’ve realized this is exactly what I am supposed to do. Learn more About Me Here.
